當前，境外疫情擴散蔓延，為切實(shí)保障人民群眾的生命安全和身體健康，根據省新冠肺炎防控指揮部疫情防控工作要求，我市將進(jìn)一步加強對入境人員的健康服務(wù)管理。現就有關(guān)事項通告如下：
自2020年3月27日6時(shí)起，從廣州地區口岸入境人員（含港澳臺地區，含中轉旅客），目的地為廣州市及廣東省外的，全部就地集中隔離醫學(xué)觀(guān)察，全部進(jìn)行核酸檢測，集中隔離食宿費用自理。目的地為廣東省內其他地市的，由各地市接回，按照要求在目的地進(jìn)行核酸檢測和集中隔離醫學(xué)觀(guān)察。
本通告失效日期另行通知，此前發(fā)布的各有關(guān)通告內容與本通告不一致的，以本通告為準。

Right now, COVID19 outbreak continues to spread in many parts of the world. In order to practically safeguard the safety and health of the public, in accordance with requirements rolled out by Guangdong Provincial Command Center for COVID-19 Control and Prevention, we have decided to strengthen the health service and health management for people returning to Guangzhou from overseas. We hereby notify the following matters:
Starting from 6 am March 27, 2020, all people entering into China from overseas (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, as well as transfer passengers) via ports located in Guangzhou whose final destination is Guangzhou or places outside of Guangdong Province will be isolated at quarantine facilities in Guangzhou for medical observation. All of them will receive nucleic acid tests. The cost of accommodation and food at quarantine facilities will be born by themselves. For those whose final destination is located in other municipalities of Guangdong Province, relevant municipalities will provide transfer for these returnees. These returnees will receive nucleic tests locally. They will also be isolated at local quarantine facilities for medical observation.
The expiration date of this notification will be announced at a later stage. If there are any inconsistencies between this notification and previously released notifications, this one shall prevail.

à l'heure actuelle, l’épidémie de COVID-19 se propage à l'étranger. Afin de protéger efficacement la vie et la santé de ses citoyens, conformément aux exigences provinciales de prévention et de contr?le des épidémies, la ville de Guangzhou renforcera la gestion des services de santé pour les voyageurs en provenance de l’étranger.
à partir de 6 h00 le 27 mars 2020, ceux qui entrent par le port de Guangzhou (y compris les voyageurs de Hong Kong, Macao et Taiwan et les voyageurs en transit), à la destination de Guangzhou ou en dehors de la province du Guangdong, seront tous testés et isolés sur place pour l'observation médicale. Les frais de logement et de repas sont à la charge des voyageurs. Si la destination est d'autres villes de la province du Guangdong, les voyageurs doivent être accueillis par la ville concernée. Le teste d’acide et l'observation médicale d'isolement centralisé doivent être effectuées à la destination.
La date d'expiration du présent avis sera notifiée séparément. En cas de discordance avec les avis précédents, le présent avis fait foi.

當面、國外では疫病の拡散と蔓延が続いている。人民大衆の生命安全と身體健康を確実に保証するため、広東省新型コロナウイルス疫病対策指揮部の要求に基づき、當市は入國者に対する健康サービスと管理を更に強化する。內容は以下の通りとなる：
2020年3月27日6時(shí)をもって、広州地域での入國、且つ目的地が広州市及び広東省以外の入國者（含む香港?マカオ?臺灣地域及び経由旅客）全員に対し、現地での集合醫學(xué)観察を実施し、更に核酸テストを行うこととなる。なお、隔離期間中の食事代と宿泊代は當人自費負擔となる。目的地が広東省內他の市や地域の旅客に対し、目的地の市と地域が地元に案內し、要求に基づいた核酸テストと集合醫學(xué)観察を実施することとなる。
當該通告の終了期限は別途お知らせする。ここまで発表された通告の內容が本通告と食い違う場(chǎng)合は本通告に準ずる。
